1. Our Services
Reignite Creative helps local service businesses with:
- Google Business Profile optimization and review generation
- Website design and automation
- AI phone answering and missed-call text back
- Monthly support plans
Specific services and features depend on the plan you choose and are described on our pricing page.
2. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your business
- Have the right to share any information, images, or content you provide to us
- Respond to our requests for information needed to deliver services
- Pay agreed fees on time
3. SMS and Email Consent
Text messages
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Reignite Creative about your website review request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
By submitting a request, you agree to receive promotional emails from Reignite Creative about our services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
4. Payment and Billing
Monthly plans are billed month to month. Phone minutes and text message usage are billed separately at rates agreed before activation. Additional pages and custom automation are quoted separately. Setup fees, where applicable, are one-time charges.
5. Service Delivery
We strive to deliver services in a professional and timely manner.
- We do not guarantee specific search rankings, review counts, or business results.
- Google Business Profile performance depends on factors outside our control.
- Website traffic and customer inquiries depend on many factors including your business, market, and competition.
- AI phone answering may not handle every question perfectly and is not a replacement for human judgment in complex situations.
6. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to search rankings, customer reviews, website traffic, leads, or revenue. Our services improve your online presence but cannot promise particular business results.
7. Intellectual Property
Any website we design for you becomes your property once paid in full. We retain the right to use our work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reignite Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as Google. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or limitations imposed by third parties.
10. Termination
Either party may end a monthly plan at any time. We may refuse or end service for misuse, non-payment, or violations of these terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service. We will update the effective date when changes are made. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
